To strengthen community resilience, IHRR organized a large-scale school disaster preparedness drill in Solukhumbu. Students practiced safe evacuation, basic first-aid skills, and learned how to respond calmly during emergencies such as earthquakes and fires.
Teachers were trained on the importance of maintaining emergency exits, creating student safety groups, and integrating risk education into daily learning.
